Job Description 

As a key member of the Questrom School of Business Finance & Administration team, the Associate Director, Financial Services is expected to work with a significant level of autonomy in the areas of part-time faculty payroll, financial reporting and tracking, and P-Card and Concur travel and expense administration. Additionally, this position will collaborate with colleagues across Questrom in order to improve our financial transaction processes, and collect and analyze data and use that to inform school leadership regarding expenditure levels and trends and the development of new guidelines and policies. Directly supervise three members of the Finance and Administration team: Budgets and Grants Administrator, Institutes and Special Programs Administrator, and Senior Accounts Coordinator.

Required Skills

-Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred -Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. -Ability to multitask changing priorities with limited supervision in a high-pressure environment. -Significant expertise with SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and willingness to adapt to and learn new systems as needed. -Accuracy, unflappability, and an eye for detail are essential; as is the ability to problem solve and work independently and cross-functionally. -Previous supervisory and/or training experience preferred. -Knowledge of the Schools/Universitys policies and practices helpful.
