Salary: £35,135 - £38,051p.a. Inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
We are looking for a Timetabling Co-ordinator to work within the Timetabling Team at Roehampton. It is essential that candidates have previous experience of Higher Education and experience of scheduling resources using specialist software i.e. Syllabus Plus would be an advantage.
The role works as part of a professional technical team to manage academic programme data management for the University’s core online registration and timetabling systems. The team provides academic departments with high level support and guidance through positive liaison and excellent customer service. A key function is building the curriculum to ensure accurate allocation of module choices and developing a teaching timetable that meets the needs of students and staff and makes full use of the campus. The role holder must contribute to improving the student experience around the delivery of the University Timetable.
