Salary: $69,148* - $93,830 p.a. (PhD entry Level A.6 $87,415 p.a.) (pro rata) plus 9.5% superannuation

The Melbourne Conservatorium of Music (MCM) seeks to appoint an experienced and detail orientated Research Fellow to work on the Remini-Sing project, a randomized controlled trial examining the clinical effects and cost effectiveness of therapeutic choir participation targeting relationship quality and wellbeing for community-dwelling people with dementia and their family caregivers. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the clinical trial under guidance from the research team.   

Applicants must have a postgraduate qualification in music therapy or similar, demonstrated experience managing clinical trials, experience working with people with significant emotional, cognitive or physical impairments and the demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. 

This is a part time, 0.4 FTE position. The position commences February 2018 and is fixed term for 1 year.
