Our main campuses in the cities of Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough have been transformed with major capital investment in recent years and we are now one of the largest universities in the East of England.

Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education) , you’ll lead the delivery of a range of important services that support our students to succeed during their time at our University and in their subsequent careers. Our Student Services team is focussed on delivering outstanding support, promoting student engagement, championing the student experience and being an exemplar of best practice. As Director of Student Services, you’ll have an exceptional platform from which to shape an outstanding student experience.

You’ll bring substantial higher education management experience including widening participation, and a track record of designing and leading initiatives to improve the student experience.
