Converge Administrator

Salary - £16,654 - £18,263 per annum (pro rata)

15 hours per week, fixed term contract (9 months)

Converge works in collaboration with the University and the local NHS Trust to provide educational opportunities to local people who use mental health services.

As the Converge Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Converge Office Coordinator, contributing to the delivery of professional and effective administrative processes and systems. You will deliver a range of administrative activities associated with the Converge programme delivery, including organising meetings, gathering information and data, maintaining webpages, and general filing. 

You will also be required to respond to student enquiries; therefore experience in a role where you have been required to communicate with customers is essential.  You will be expected to work flexibly and show initiative in order to respond to the fluctuating demands of the project.
