About the job
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join Marketing, Recruitment & Channel Integration to deliver analytical and decision services to inform Swinburne’s marketing strategy and optimisation of marketing efforts.
Your innovative approach will be structured, detailed, and evidence-based to deliver analytics solutions to optimise marketing effectiveness and campaign return on investment. With a demand for innovative approach with evolving analytical techniques and technologies, you will develop true end-to-end views of the customer experience and outcomes to inform marketing effectiveness.
It goes without saying that you will have exceptional rapport building skills to provide advice on complex issues and act as a trusted and authoritative business partner on all marketing and customer analytics related aspects.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, with minimum degree level (or equivalent) and demonstrated in-depth numerical and analytical skills
- Substantial relevant experience in digital / marketing / customer analytics
- Significant exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud analytical and optimisation tools in particular Adobe Analytics and Audience Manager
