The Role and Responsibilities

In Collaboration with the Associate Deans, you will assist in managing staff including the recruitment, selection, induction, work plans, staff development and staff performance of team members and manage all resource implications associated with program delivery including workload allocations, sessional staffing, facilities and timetabling.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of staff to implement learning and teaching strategies, including work integrated learning and assessment, to meet the needs of students, employers and industry clients and interact effectively with other teams in the school and other key internal and external stakeholders. A sound knowledge and understanding of the vocational education and training sector, and of the training requirements of relevant industries will be essential to your success in the role.
