The College of Business comprises 6 Schools delivering a broad range of programs in Business, at Traineeship, Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and PhD levels. Many programs articulate between TAFE and Higher Education, creating pathways for further study. RMIT Business programs are delivered in Melbourne, Vietnam, Singapore, Shanghai and Jakarta, as well as through Open Universities Australia (OUA) and RMIT Online.
The Role and Your Responsibilities
The Team Leader, Academic Services works closely with Senior Coordinators and Academic Services Managers, to have shared leadership, management and coordination of the academic administration operations across all programs, modes and locations. Through proactive and innovative coordination of all aspects of academic administration and quality customer service provision, the Team Leader will make a key contribution to improving the student experience across the full student life cycle, and lead cultural and work practice changes required to support the ASU's operational objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful you will be experienced in the coordination and delivery of academic services across one or more key functional areas including admissions, credit assessment, assessments or enrolments. You will have proven experience in leading and motivating direct reports as well as experience in managing and coordinating projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide advice are essential.
