About the role

The Lecturer in Clinical Psychology will contribute to teaching in Psychology’s professional psychology programs. He/she will also supervise clinical psychology students undertaking placements in the UNE Psychology Clinic; supervise 4th Year and postgraduate student research projects, including PhD research; and, pursue a research program in Clinical Psychology.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have a PhD in Psychology and post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology. Applicants should also have a research profile in psychology relative to stage of career, evidence of teaching ability, be registered as a Psychologist in Australia, hold Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology, eligible to be a Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor, and have a high level of demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team.
