About You

As an experienced administrator with excellent IT skills, you will have the ability to work independently acquiring and applying knowledge of various processes, procedures and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment. Your creativity and proactive approach will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our inclusive and supportive team.

About the Role

You will provide a high quality administrative service to a range of internal and external customers whilst ensuring compliance with Department, Faculty and Institutional policies and procedures. A key focus of the role will be working closely with the Departmental Administration Manager to ensure the administrative functions of the Department are carried out within expected guidelines.
