The Faculty of Law, Humanities and the Arts is one of five Faculties at UOW with a strong reputation across disciplines in Research, Learning and Teaching.
Join the School of the Arts, English and Media as it explores investigative and non-fiction storytelling with a focus on multimedia content creation within a rapidly changing media landscape. The Communication and Media degree is designed to equip students with the practical and analytical skills as well as the ethical and intellectual foundations essential to working in a range of journalistic and communications contexts. Students gain experience and expertise working in traditional media such as print, radio and television as well as podcasting, online and data journalism.
Contribute to Communications and Journalism subjects including hands-on experience in convergent media, in the Bachelor of Communication and Media/Journalism. The role encompasses subject coordination and delivery, administrative and governance responsibilities, including the mentoring of casual staff.
