The Research Study Assistant will be an essential team member in the active clinical research program. This research involves determining the best treatments in the area of aids malignancy. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing research protocols for new and ongoing studies including recruiting research subjects, data collection and entry into a database. He or she will assist with all research activities including grant writing, initial review of protocols for logistical feasibility, and conducting of clinical research protocols and trials. Additionally, the Research Study Assistant will supervise the coordination of day-to-day study operations including telephone contact with subjects, consenting potential participants, scheduling appointments, and participant retention activities.
This position is grant funded.
1-3 years of experience and Bachelor's degree required.
