About You

Flexible and adaptable in approach with excellent customer service skills, you will use your initiative to resolve problems and maintain an active contribution to the team effort. Experience of working in a busy, fast paced customer-focused environment is essential as is a good level of IT competency, with a particular focus on support for mobile technologies.

Your approachable and friendly manner, coupled with outstanding listening skills will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our high performing team.

About the Role

As an important member of our Help and Support team you will provide excellent customer care via our multiple physical and virtual service points in a busy and high profile student support and customer enquiry handling service.

You will join us as we prepare to move, along with our Careers and Student Services teams, to a purpose built 26m library at the heart of our Ormskirk Campus. As part of this move you will support us in providing the Edge Hill community with a popular 24/7 destination for students, academicsand researchers, where welcoming, knowledgeable, professional staff are on hand to support student life, research, learning and career development.
