FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION
The Facilities Management Division is responsible for the University’s built environment including building construction, maintenance, landscaping, security, parking, cleaning, logistical assistance, property, space management and the provision of furniture.
Join the Capital Works department in the implementation of capital and minor works for UOW’s main campus and student accommodation including new buildings, upgrading Campus infrastructure, refurbishments to existing buildings and liaison with regulatory authorities.
Be a part of delivering key University capital works projects from concept through to construction phase by reporting to stakeholders, developing project briefs, oversight of the design development and documentation process, monitoring of budget estimates and reviewing contractor’s WHS Management System and ensuring it is in accordance with UOW’s WHS policy.
