Apply your strong leadership and business management experience and take a lead role in the day-to-day operations of one of CDU’s Colleges. 

As a College Manager you provide operational management support to the Dean of the College, manage college-level administration, including budget and resource management, and supervision to the administrative staff. Your responsibilities also include contributing to the development and delivery of College and University policies and procedures, and the maintenance of effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a new position as the University moves towards a College based structure, you will need to demonstrate agility and flexibility as the structure settles in and be comfortable managing change. Ideally, you hold a postgraduate qualification in business management or a relevant discipline, or have extensive management knowledge with relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in financial planning and management, and the ability to deliver positive, innovation solutions to complex strategic and operational issues is essential.
