An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join the University’s Placement Hub, in the Division of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President Academic. The Associate Director will provide University wide strategic leadership in the development of student placements and work integrated learning. The Associate Director will lead and manage the Placement Hub, which will be responsible for standardising and centralising placement processes across the University. The role will set the focus and direction for placement activities, and manage key relationships with internal stakeholders such as Deans, Academics and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will have high level strategic management and leadership skills, provide high level of service to key stakeholders, be able to build strong partnerships and relationships with academic units and have a high level of experience in developing strategy, creating a vision and implementing change.
