The Operations unit is a centralised team providing services to the Faculty in areas of School management, projects, administrative support, teaching support and Work Integrated Learning. The team coordinates a range of functions in order to produce streamlined and effective operations across the Faculty.
About the role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational services to the Faculty whilst developing and implementing Faculty-wide shared services in line with School and Centre requirements. The position will provide high-level advice, support, project leadership, rigorous monitoring and follow-up of action plans to ensure the smooth running of the Faculty’s operational and shared service delivery.
About the successful applicant
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or extensive relevant leadership and management experience
- Proven experience in high level financial management, budgeting, reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational planning
- Experience in providing leadership in administrative and office management at an executive level
