Adjunct Part-time Position in Pali Language Studies (one course, spring 2018)
School Harvard Divinity School

Harvard Divinity School seeks an adjunct instructor in Pali Language Studies in the spring semester of the academic year 2017-18 to teach the second class of the first-year course in Elementary Pali. A C.V., cover letter, and a previous course evaluation are required of all candidates.

The course must be open and accessible to the Divinity School’s diverse and multi-religious student body. The appointment title will depend on the finalist’s qualifications.

Basic Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate the following qualifications: (1) satisfactory progress toward an advanced degree in a related field, (2) accredited history of extensive Pali language study, and (3) experience in teaching Pali.
