The Indigenous Support Officer will join the Residential College staff team and provide the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students of Trinity with tailored support, including in personal, academic and financial matters, to enable them to succeed in university education. The role has been created as a next step in the College‚Äôs ongoing and progressive commitment to higher education as a key to reconciliation. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have a tertiary qualification and relevant experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people in the higher education sector. You will be passionate about working with students, and ideally have an understanding of the residential collegiate experience.

Salary Range: Band Level 3 - FTE $72,000 per annum plus 10% superannuation & 17.5% leave loading
