Interested in joining a vibrant and growing social work team and in academic leadership in the development and implementation of a new Master of Social Work Qualifying program?
Based across South Western Sydney and Wollongong campuses, this position has overall responsibility for the coordination, implementation and monitoring of a new Master of Social Work Qualifying program. We seek an outstanding social work academic who will lead the development of an innovative teaching program, and undertake world class research through collaborative research projects with academic colleagues, community and industry partners.
The teaching responsibilities will require scholarly approaches to content delivery and skill development as well as application of evidence-based pedagogy and methods (including flexible delivery, e-learning and inclusive practice). This is also a senior academic leadership position within the School, and will have opportunities to undertake broader governance responsibilities.
The position is based within the School of Health and Society, which has a broad remit for societally-based study and research in the following disciplines - Social Work, Social Policy, Public Health, Criminology and Work Health and Safety.
