Interested in joining a vibrant and growing social work team and in academic leadership at a regional campus? This position contributes to the implementation of innovative and world class social work teaching and research, with a strong focus on collaboration with academic colleagues, community and industry partners. 

The position has overall coordination and oversight of the Bachelor of Social Work program at the Shoalhaven campus. It is well connected with the local community and there is great potential to achieve real impacts on regional social issues. This is also a senior academic leadership position within the School, and will have opportunities to undertake broader governance responsibilities.

The teaching responsibilities will require scholarly approaches to content delivery and skill development as well as application of evidence-based pedagogy and methods (including flexible delivery, e-learning and inclusive practice).

The position is based within the School of Health and Society, which has a broad remit for societally-based study and research in the following disciplines - Social Work, Social Policy, Public Health, Criminology and Work Health and Safety.
