Classification: ANU Senior Manager 2
Salary package: $123,178 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Continuing
The Manager, Education and Experience will have full leadership and management responsibility for the College Education Portfolio and will play a key strategic advisory role to the College Executive and senior University stakeholders on all CBE student-facing services.
The College is changing the delivery of its student strategy and is committed to streamlining and improving our services. You will lead 5 sub-teams through this change agenda, manage relationships to ensure the delivery of outcomes to support the ANU Strategic Plan by contributing directly to the student experience and overall satisfaction of ANU students.
We are seeking a highly-skilled and knowledgeable occupant who understands the higher education sector and who can interpret various streams of data to inform decision making and who has the capability to leverage existing resources for maximum efficiency to lead staff through change to achieve a desired future state of service delivery.
The ANU College of Business and Economics educates the next generation of business leaders, professional economists and academics. Our graduates have the knowledge and skills to lead organizations, design public policy, and research the big issues of business and economy. Located in the national capital, we engage deeply with the business and policy communities. Our academics lead public debate on the critical issues of our time through their research, which is both long term and strategic in focus.
