Academic Engagement Officer
Trinity College is the oldest Residential College at the University of Melbourne. It is a friendly, supportive and stimulating community where 300 University of Melbourne students live, study and grow.
The College is seeking an Academic Engagement Officer to join their Residential College team in a full-time ongoing capacity. Reporting to the Deputy Dean of the Residential College, this role will provide administrative support for the Academic Program of the Residential College and the College-wide Senior Common Room. This includes correspondence, timetabling, data entry, record keeping, communicating with stakeholders and organising and managing Common Room events, visitors and programs.
To be considered for this opportunity, will have a high level of attention to detail, and have demonstrated work experience in all aspects of administrative procedure with specific experience in data entry, timetabling and maintaining confidential records. You will also have experience in organising and managing a range of functions and events.
Salary Range: Band Level 2 - FTE $63,000 to $70,000 per annum plus 10% superannuation & 17.5% leave loading
