About the job

In this newly created position, you will manage the brand new, state of the art sport, fitness and recreation facilities at Pridham Hall, together with UniSA’s other sporting facilities at City East, Mawson Lakes and Magill campuses.  You will drive an increase in usage of the sporting facilities amongst students, staff, alumni and the general community, whilst ensuring consistency in service delivery and maintaining sufficient access to facilities for teaching purposes. You will also ensure all UniSA sport facilities meet legislative requirements by providing leadership, management and guidance to a team of staff.

Skills and Experience

You will have tertiary qualifications in Sports and/or Business Management, together with previous experience in the management of a large or multi-site Sport, Recreation and Aquatic facility including the application of relevant industry standards and related legislation. Demonstrated experience leading a team in a customer focused environment, as well as experience in program and event development and delivery, are also essential to the role.
