The Graduate School is seeking a dynamic early to mid-career academic for the role of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to contribute to our uniquely positioned graduate only school at Victoria University of Wellington. Victoria has been providing postgraduate education to health professionals for over 70 years. Our university campus is located at Wellington Regional Hospital in New Zealand's capital city.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach into the Master of Nursing Science and Master of Health programmes and to provide postgraduate research supervision at Masters and PhD level.
The successful applicant will have a completed doctoral qualification and experience in teaching pathophysiology and clinical pharmacology related knowledge to health professionals as well as supervising at postgraduate level. They will have a record of scholarly research and commitment to seeking research funding.
This is a permanent position and commences as early as January 2018.
