Job Description

Provide administrative and organizational services to the Associate Dean, Associate Director, and to members of the faculty within the Clinical and Experiential Programs office. Support of faculty includes preparing materials for class, booking rooms, coordinating academic media support, booking travel, processing expense reports, and managing Blackboard sites. Assist faculty and students in client case administration including docketing, basic research, scheduling client interactions, and maintaining client case management systems as necessary. Assist with general administration for Clinical and Experiential Programs. Support the Associate Dean for Experiential Education and the Associate Director of Clinics.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with databases and website design and/or maintenance, ability to use discretion in working with confidential information, a demonstrated ability to multi-task, and two years of experience in administrative roles preferably in a law firm or other legal setting.
