The University of Greenwich has a growing reputation. One of the largest universities in the capital by student numbers, we are widely recognised for the quality of our learning and teaching, research that is internationally recognised and the experiences our students enjoy. We are an international student community of people from over 175 countries and a leader in transnational education.

Our emphasis on augmenting the employability of our graduates is taken very seriously as witnessed by the recent expansion of the Employability & Careers Service. The Employability & Careers Service is the underpinning professional service that supports students and graduates towards this goal.
The service is now seeking to recruit an outstanding Internships Administrator to further our success in graduate employability. Working within a core team, the individual will play an instrumental role in the delivery of the flagship Greenwich Work Experience Scheme (GWES) and the SME Internship Scheme as well as supporting our new work shadowing/insight day provision for inexperienced students. The post holder will also be required to support the service with the co-ordination of its events such as its graduate recruitment fairs and support the Employability Enquiry Desk as and when required.

The individual will be a strong communicator and possess excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to adhere to competing deadlines. They will also possess excellent customer service skills and have demonstrable knowledge or interest of employability and graduate employment.
