The Role

You will coordinate the educational activities to ensure that the RMIT WTIF Projects Plans are successfully implemented within the School.

You will provide updates, reports and data to the Project Director to project milestone KPI's. You will also work collaboratively with the WTIF - Project Management team to ensure the School meets productivity and efficiency targets as reflected in weekly and monthly staff/ student scheduling, including alignment to profile targets.

Your Responsibilities

As Program Co-ordinator, you will be mainly responsible for the co-ordination of the design, development, timetabling, delivery and evaluation of innovative, customised, high quality vocational education and training. Coordination of teaching staff, staff and student resources and student administration of the program/s in their areas of responsibility will also form part of this role.

You will ensure programs are designed, promoted, delivered and validated in accordance with ASQA/ TEQSA requirements, all contractual obligations are met

Skills & Experience Required

You will have demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of staff to implement learning and teaching strategies, including work integrated learning and assessment, to meet the needs of students, employers and industry clients and interact effectively with other teams in the school and other key internal and external stakeholders. A sound knowledge and understanding of the vocational education and training sector, and of the training requirements of relevant industries will be essential to your success in the role.
