Senior Program Coordinator

The Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) provides clerical and administrative support to Questrom School of Business Academic Departments (including Department Chairs, full-time faculty, and part-time faculty) as assigned by Administrative Services Leads (ASLs). In addition, the SPC is responsible for fulfilling administrative duties regarding academic personnel as directed by the Deans Office. Under the direction of two Administrative Services Leads, he/she works closely with Department Chairs and Faculty Actions personnel to initiate and process faculty actions paperwork, is responsible for reconciling internal Course Planning software, and serves as a resource for course scheduling. He/she is also responsible for assigned department and faculty budgets and expense management, as well as reviewing assigned faculty reimbursement reports through Concur. The SPC assists assigned faculty with purchasing supplies, processing expense reimbursements, and serves as a liaison to the Deans Office. This is a 12-month, 35 hours per work position.
A.A or equivalent, B.A/B.S preferred, superior communications skills, both written and oral, ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects independently and meet deadlines, excellent attention to detail, demonstrated bookkeeping experience, familiarity with database management, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, extensive computer skills, including MS Office and one to three years of experience in clerical/administrative position.
