Student Accounts Specialist

Assist, analyze and implement appropriate solutions for students, parents, and other University offices for questions and problems regarding student accounts. Process all inquiries, interpret and resolve account problems, and complete student account settlement. Provide advice on complex financial, academic, and extremely personal problems with confidential information. Process student account payments, including cash, check, and credit card payments, and daily balancing of a cash drawer.
B.A./B.S., strong analytical and communication skills, specifically customer service, and one to three years of related work experience.
