The University of Nottingham is seeking a high quality project officer to support the securing of Collaborative Research & Development (CR&D) grant funding for the University. These CR&D grants are from sources including Innovate UK (Technology Strategy Board) and BEIS department and SBRI of UK Government, so a knowledge of these would be expected.
Based within the University’s Research & Innovation Office, and working as part of the Business & Local Partnerships team, responsibilities will include timely alerting of research academics targeted for emerging funding calls, setting up projects with partners, monitoring progress and supporting the bid writing of these grants, as well as developing case studies to promote the grants among researchers. Candidates will be qualified to graduate level and have demonstrable experience of successful project management and possess excellent organisational skills.

This post is offered on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2018.
