Graduation Advisor, College of Arts & Sciences, Student Life

The graduation advisor will advise students (primarily juniors and seniors) on their graduation requirements and options for completing their academic goals. This is achieved through written communication, updating individual student records in degree audit software, and through in-person advising meetings. This position will maintain strong professional relationships with academic departments and programs across the College and University to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent information about degree requirements. Will serve as a general resource and assist with advising issues for all CAS students. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary to balance the advising and administrative nature of the position. Applicants must include a cover letter to be considered.
Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred, and three to five years of experience.
