Office Services Manager, Research Operations, Systems & Analytics
The Office Services Manager is responsible for managing key HR, procurement, financial and administrative functions for the Research Administration area, which includes a total of approximately 75 employees.
The specific duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assigning work to administrative staff, overseeing the processing of invoices, the purchasing of supplies and the monitoring of spending.
This position supports the AVP, Director and management levels within OSP and serves as the interface for human resource matters for employee on/off-boarding and security administration.
This position is also responsible for maintaining vendor service contracts, overseeing equipment inventory, scheduling/recording meetings and executive/project support.
The Office Services Manager is responsible for the creation and maintenance of key departmental documentation and coordinates student employee schedules.
3-5 years of experience in an office setting and a Bachelor's required. 4 years of direct experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
