CUHK Business School is a world-leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. Established in Hong Kong in 1963, it was the first business school to offer BBA, MBA and Executive MBA programmes in the region. According to the latest Financial Times Ranking, the MBA programme is ranked 26th in the world and the EMBA programme is ranked 31st globally.
With its historical ties to mainland China, a new campus in Shenzhen and the booming business education in Asia, the School is ideally positioned to play a vital role in global business education and research in the Asian Century. The School comprises six academic units (Accountancy, Decision Sciences & Managerial Economics, Finance, Hotel & Tourism Management, Management and Marketing).  It has 150 faculty members (teaching track and research track) who are devoted to conducting cutting-edge research and delivering high-quality business education.  The School offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with around 3,000 undergraduate students and 1,700 postgraduate students. 
Prominent scholars from various business disciplines are invited to join the School at its expansion stage and to help it achieve higher impact in the global education arena. The School is now seeking distinguished scholars to fill faculty post(s) at Professor level in a number of areas to strengthen its capacities and to develop new strategic initiatives.  These areas include:
(a) Accounting 
(b) Finance
(c) Information Systems
(d) Operations management
(e) Organizational behaviors    
The appointee(s) will be expected to deliver outstanding teaching in various programmes and to undertake supervision of postgraduate students. S/he will play a leading role in the School’s world-class research and successfully attract external competitive funding. The appointee(s) will also further develop the School’s international networks through building and maintaining global collaborations and partnerships. 
Applicants should have (i) a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline; (ii) demonstrated excellence in research scholarship;  (iii) a strong record of extensive teaching, including MBA and/or EMBA; and (iv) capability for academic leadership.
