We are looking for a new Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Student Development and Engagement. Working closely with the Vice Chancellor the appointee will provide strategic leadership for the whole of the student life-cycle, working with colleagues on the senior team and across the institution to further enhance the experience provided by the university, and the value-add of the Lincoln experience.

Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate a deep commitment and track record of engagement with students in a University setting, be proven deliverers of change, with excellent team working skills and an action orientated approach to achieving success. We are looking for candidates with ambition and commitment to student success who are already experienced academic leaders, able to provide evidence of working collaboratively with colleagues across an institution. An inspirational, visionary perspective of the student life-cycle with a passion for student development will be critical.
