Ruskin Mill Land Trust (a charitable trust) holds, preserves and develops the vision, research and method of Ruskin Mill.  Its associated charitable company, Ruskin Mill Trust Limited, provides innovative and experiential education and training for young people marginalised by disadvantage, exclusion or special learning needs.  Inspired by Rudolf Steiner, John Ruskin and William Morris, the charity actively promotes - through craftsmanship and entrepreneurship - the traditional economic activities of the Cotswolds, Midlands and Sheffield (at Colleges in each geographical location).  

Applications are invited for the following based in Nailsworth, near Stroud, Gloucestershire.

Accreditation Manager and Quality Nominee
£35,475 - £46,284 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications

The post holder role will be the quality nominee for the Trust, building and managing relationships with all of our accreditation bodies (such as City and Guilds, AQA etc).

You will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the use of accreditation across the Trust’s sub-centres and look for innovative methods to accredit Practical Skills Therapeutic Education (PSTE), the unique method of delivery of education of the Trust, in a way that meets the needs of the students. 

You will be working closely with the Head of Staff Education and Training to gain accredited qualifications for staff training programmes as well as sourcing qualifications for social enterprise opportunities and PSTE programmes for students. 

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support learners, through delivering on programmes, attending regular meetings, disseminating information and updates, planning and where appropriate delivering training and standardisation requirements and reviewing the performance of Lead Internal Quality Assurers.
