The Department of Engineering at Staffordshire University is pleased to announce the recruitment of a full-time Professor or Associate Professor of Electrical Power Systems Engineering to join our recently established department within the School of Creative Arts and Engineering. This recruitment is central to our ambitious expansion plans helping us deliver against the University’s vision and beyond.

Engineering at Staffordshire University has a well-established reputation for providing an innovative portfolio which includes Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Higher and Degree Apprenticeships and commercial courses. Your expertise will be essential for the development of electrical engineering based awards as part of the Higher and Degree Apprenticeships scheme for which you will be the Course Leader. You will teach and assess students across a range of levels and courses. We will also look for you to help shape our teaching and learning strategies to explicitly enhance the student experience through the use of digital technology.
