The Ivey School of Business at Western University

Consistently ranked among the world’s leading business schools since its founding in 1922, Ivey is located in London, Ontario, Canada, with campuses also in Toronto and Hong Kong, and academic partnerships with top institutions in Europe, China and India. We have earned an international reputation for our case-method teaching and research excellence; for the outstanding caliber of our students, faculty and professional staff; and for the achievements of our 27,800 highly successful alumni in over 100 countries.

In recent years we have strengthened our reputation through excellent faculty recruitment, world-class research, innovative joint-degree programs, further development of our experiential learning environment, and meaningful industry partnerships. We also have a new home in a stunning Gold LEED-certified building situated near the heart of Western University’s beautiful campus.

Our next Dean will build on our success and lead the School through its centennial anniversary while continuing to drive Ivey’s mission of creating business leaders who think globally, act strategically, and contribute to the societies in which they live and work. They will expand our strong ties to industry, leveraging our vast and influential Ivey Alumni Network to advance our leadership in global business education. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working strategically and collegially in advancing the mission of a major institution. They will be a person with superb leadership skills, inspired vision, unassailable character and a passionate commitment to business education research and public service. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class business school at a leading research-intensive university, at a time when global forces are demanding innovative approaches to business education.

Western is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace and welcomes applications from women, members of racialized groups / visible minorities, Aboriginal persons, persons with disabilities, persons with any sexual orientation, and persons of any gender identity or gender expression.
