The Faculty of Business, Justice and Behavioural Sciences covers a diverse range of disciplines and is comprised of six Schools, one Centre and CSU Engineering – the School of Management and Marketing, School of Accounting and Finance, School of Computing and Mathematics, School of Policing Studies, Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, School of Psychology, Centre for Customs and Excise Studies and CSU Engineering.

The Civil Engineering course consists of three semesters’ face-to-face teaching on campus, followed by a series of four year-long placements in industry as Cadet Engineers. Delivery of the program is driven by online learning approaches. Our goal is to educate entrepreneurial engineers able to excel in both regional and metropolitan environments. To do this we are seeking passionate and capable staff members to serve as teachers, mentors and role models to our student cohort.

Our award winning building was custom built and incorporates the latest technology, encourages teamwork and provides facilities where students can physically build things. This includes a collaborative learning zone, maker studios, project spaces, workshops and a gallery, as well as a 'pitch zone' for fine-tuning entrepreneurial skills.

The Engineering Laboratory Manager is required to provide high level, administrative and project management support to the members of CSU Engineering. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing services to support the delivery of quality teaching and research for CSU Engineering on the Bathurst campus.
