This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team which is developing an advancement structure and function at UWS from the ground-up. It’s an exciting time to join UWS as we are expanding our capabilities in development and alumni/stakeholder relations to create a more diversified funding stream and carry out innovative best practices to communicate with and support our alumni while meeting data protection regulations. 

The Database and Prospect Research Manager will partner with fundraising and alumni relations staff to develop, implement and manage the advancement database; help to develop and advise on fundraising and engagement strategies based on data analytics and best practices; and research and provide critical information on prospects throughout the engagement process. This position is central to our ability to be successful, as we have identified over 100,000 alumni with whom we have not had previous contact. Therefore, this position provides an opportunity for an innovative, insightful, technologically oriented data and research specialist to develop a relatively new strategic function within a team-oriented, hardworking advancement office.
