The Future Students team develops and implements strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging prospective students to study undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Macquarie.
The Student Recruitment Coordinator (Postgraduate) develops, implements and evaluates initiatives, events and programs to secure future postgraduate coursework and Master of Research student enrolments. They will contribute to student recruitment events and initiatives, providing advice to prospective students on the University’s courses, admissions and selection processes. Working in collaboration with the Market Analyst, the Student Recruitment Coordinator will identify prospective market opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management on initiatives to maximise these opportunities.
To be considered for the position, you must submit a cover letter (no more than 3 pages) which addresses the criteria below and upload this and your CV as part of the application process:
- Degree and/or equivalent experience in marketing or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated skill and experience developing and implementing campaigns, programs and initiatives including the ability to identify issues and develop resolution strategies
- Proven ability to manage large scale events and projects concurrently
- Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in domestic student recruitment, particularly at a postgraduate level
- An understanding of the prospective student journey and university admissions process

Salary Package: From $90,330 to $97,937 p.a. (HEW Level 7), plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading
