The Student and Academic Services Unit (SAS) provides senior leadership in student and academic administration, and is responsible for the development and maintenance of policy, information systems and procedural frameworks. The Unit coordinates and provides quality assurance for a number of University functions, including student admissions, enrolments, examinations, graduations, student finance and scholarships.
Working within the Graduations and Records team, this exciting role is pivotal in the administration and organisation of the University’s graduation ceremonies.
In this position you will be responsible for the administration of Academic transcripts, Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements and Parchments for UniSA students and will assist with the event planning for the Universities Graduation ceremonies. This role also supports Campus Central in the management of students eligible to graduate and responds to enquires from current students, alumni and UniSA and general public.
Skills and Experience
You will work closely within this supportive and highly functional team, using your strong interpersonal and organisational skills to deliver high quality customer service and superior team outcomes and build effective working relationships. You will have highly developed technical skills to maintain databases, spreadsheets and other software and information systems, including the University’s student management system.
