The Communications Officer role will support colleagues from across the Careers Service to develop, implement and manage communication activities that engage Service stakeholders, including students and employers. To do this, you will need to be creative, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be highly organised with experience of managing your own workload and the different demands that may be placed upon it.
As the Service’s communications lead, you will be an excellent communicator who will establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external agencies to produce innovative, ‘on brand’ marketing materials. You will also provide professional advice to colleagues on their approach to communication to maintain consistency and maximise impact.
Working with the Management Information Manager, you will analyse and interpret data to identify and prioritise new communication opportunities. You will use relevant measures to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered activities, and implement changes that continuously improve our communications approach.
If you are looking for a varied role as part of a dynamic team that helps students get to where they want to be, get in touch today.
