We are looking for a pro-active and highly organised administrator, preferably with experience of working in higher education, to work within the university’s central Quality Enhancement Service.

You will be responsible for the effective central planning, co-ordination and organisation of course approval, review and re-approval events, and partnershipreview events. You will need to maintain and develop accurate schedules of course approval and review activity and work with colleagues across the university, and from external organisations, to ensure that complex briefing materials are received, updated and processed, enabling the university to develop its academic portfolio of courses.

You will have excellent organisational abilities, a great eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of contacts within and outside the university. You will work as part of a team but also follow through processes, and problem-solve, on your own initiative.  You will have first-rate IT skills and be confident using a number of different databases.
