The University established a Multi-Academy Trust in 2013, and in July 2017 Ofsted commented on the quality and effectiveness of the HR service. With 12 academies and aspirations to be 30 strong, we believe it is essential our academies, located across Hampshire and West Sussex, continue to benefit from a high quality and professional HR provision as we grow.
With a collaborative approach which supports and increases academies learning of HR practice, you will be engaged in a wide range of HR activity, providing information, advice and guidance. Drawing on your expertise, you will support academies to enhance their recruitment campaigns to attract high quality candidates, and contribute to the development of the Trust's recruitment and selection strategy as we position ourselves as an employer of choice.
Working in a busy and changing environment, you will be flexible and team orientated to help deliver the Trust's HR strategy, and engaged and fully committed to support the vision and aims of the Trust. As an employee of the University you will benefit from CPD opportunities across the Trust and University, and whilst our offices are located in Bognor Regis, you will on a regular basis work at, or visit our academies to ensure HR policy and practice is embedded consistently.
This role is full-time during term time, ideally working 40 weeks per year although up to 52 weeks is available if preferred.
