Salary:     £22,494 to £26,829 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Childcare Services is recognised by Ofsted as having 2 Outstanding nurseries. We provide high quality care and education to children of staff and students who study / work at the University of Nottingham. We are looking for a dynamic graduate who loves a challenge, thrives in a busy environment and who can multi-task to join our team. The Childcare Services Administrator leads on the allocation of places, manages the waiting list, reconciles fees, undertakes staff deployment planning, processes applications, supports and develops practitioner IT skills and leads on IT based projects that enhance the service we provide.

Candidates must be educated to A-Level standard and have GCSE’s in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent). Experience of working under pressure in a very busy office environment is essential. As the first point of contact for many of our customers you will be professional, courteous, approachable and sensitive to the needs of parents.
