The Office of Strategic Planning and Information is responsible for leading the University’s strategic planning, information and intelligence, and project services to support the University in achieving its strategic objectives. The Information and Analysis team within the Office are responsible for the development of a range of information products to support insight and decision making and provide business intelligence, information analysis, government liaison and load planning services.
The Workforce Planning Analyst is located within the Office of Strategic Planning and Information, and is the main point of contact and liaison with the Office and the Division of Human Resources. The incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of a project to establish develop workforce planning analytics and related processes to support the effective delivery of workforce planning and human resource strategy. Completion of this project will require the development of business intelligence requirements and the design, compilation and presentation of workforce planning information products.
