The role and your responsibilities
The Senior Educational Developer, Digital Learning is responsible for leading, managing, enabling and supporting the design, development and delivery of student-centred digital learning experiences, and capability-building programs in the College of Business. You will provide leadership and expert advice in educational development, learning design and future pedagogies to enhance practice and outcomes in all locations and delivery channels.
Skills and experience required
Your expertise in digital learning design, resource development and production will be critical to success in this role. The successful candidate will bring to the role your extensive experience in digital learning design, resource development and production. Furthermore, key to this role will be your demonstrated excellence in the use of educational technologies and innovative digital pedagogies to enhance student and staff outcomes.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or substantial learning design, resource development and production experience.
