The University is now seeking to appoint a Director of London Met Apprenticeships who will be responsible for establishing a range of degree level apprenticeship programmes which market the strengths of the University’s educational provision to national private and public sector employers. The appointed individual will provide leadership in defining the development of the London Met Apprenticeships offer and driving income through growth in student numbers. You will engage proactively with national apprenticeships and employers’ networks to bring best practice to the University, develop new client relationships at senior levels, and secure contracts for the provision of apprenticeships for public and private sector employers.

The successful candidate will bring significant strategic leadership and management experience in the field of Apprenticeships programmes, the proven ability to communicate effectively between academic and commercial partners, and a sound commercial acumen. You will demonstrate an ability to influence and engender confidence from diverse groups of people, and will have a strong alignment with the mission and values of the University.
