The area of Medical Radiation Sciences (MRS) has a reputation for high quality research, learning and teaching and offers a range of courses in Medical Imaging, Medical Sonography and Radiation Therapy.
With this in mind, MRS is offering an outstanding opportunity for an individual who can contribute to radiation therapy teaching and learning and areas of research relevant to radiation therapy education and practice. A key responsibility for this role will include practical skills development for undergraduate students in radiation therapy planning and treatment.
As a Senior Lecturer, you will make significant contributions to teaching and research at Curtin, helping to drive delivery of the highest quality courses with practical application in the real world and undertake nationally and internationally competitive and high quality research.
This is an exciting career opportunity for you to play a significant role in leadership, focusing on leading innovative curriculum and research initiatives, provide mentoring to staff and supervise HDR students.
To be successful, you will a have professional standing/extensive clinical experience relevant in radiation therapy and recent radiation therapy planning experience. You will possess, or be eligible for, AHPRA registration in the division of radiation therapy. A demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, research and leadership is paramount to your success in this position.
A PhD qualification is desirable.

The salary ranges presented are those which are contained within the University's Enterprise Agreements; as are the employee benefits which include employer superannuation contribution at the rate of the current Government Superannuation Guarantee amount up to 17 percent, study assistance, a comprehensive salary packaging and wellness programs and flexible and family friendly work practices.
